best pirouette ever just look at them go
my first playthrough of this game had me thinking susie was my all time favorite forever and ever. and then kris ripped me out of their chest and put me in a little bird cage, so i've drawn them once a day since august 2025. that may lead you to think i like mean characters, which isn't the case. i think kris is the nicest person in the entire world actually and everything they've done is justified and reasonable based on the knowledge we've been given.
the most interesting thing about them is that -aside from chapter five snowgrave making it pretty clear they're in charge of the narration- we only ever see them through the eyes of others. we even have a whole character in aqua for how they're seen by their father. we can learn so much about them, they're almost always on screen, but we've never heard them actually talk! we only know how their voice sounds from noelle talking about it! and it's on purpose, they've completely erased their personhood and for what? anyway, i love them and can't wait to write more angsty fanfiction about them.
